With the announcement of a film on India’s first superhero, Shaktimaan, social media erupted with joy and many lauded the makers for this effort.The iconic TV show, which ran on DD National from 1997 till the mid-2000s, is still etched on the minds of 80s and 90s kids, and many have tons of memories attached to it. The movie will hit theatres in 2023.Here we take a look at some cool facts about our own ‘desi’ superhero Shaktimaan.
