4 killed as MUV hits electricity pole in Karnataka

Chikkajajur: Four persons died after the multi-utility vehicle they were travelling in crashed into an electricity pole at Andanur near here on Tuesday.

The deceased have been identified as Giriraj (46), Kiran (25), Arun and Hanumantha (both 32). Another four passengers in the vehicle sustained injuries. The accident occured as the driver lost control over the vehicle. A case has been registered.
