<p>New Delhi: Air India, Air India Express and IndiGo on Tuesday said they were "progressively" resuming flights to the Middle East as airspaces are gradually reopening in some parts of the region.</p><p>Air India said it is "progressively" resuming flights to West Asia starting on Tuesday, "with most operations to and from the Middle East resuming from June 25". </p>.Air India plane crash: Authorities identify all but one of 260 victims.<p>"Flights to and from Europe, previously cancelled, are also being progressively reinstated from Tuesday, while services to and from the East Coast of the US and Canada will resume at the earliest opportunity. Some flights may experience delays or cancellations due to consequential impacts and extended re-routings/flight times, but we are committed to minimising disruptions and restoring our schedule integrity," an Air India spokesperson.</p><p>"Air India will continue to avoid airspaces assessed as unsafe at any given time. We will keep passengers informed of any updates and sincerely appreciate their understanding. The safety and security of our passengers, staff, and aircraft remain our top priority," the spokesperson said. </p><p>Air India on Monday night said that it has ceased all operations to the Middle East as well as to and from the East Coast of North America and Europe with immediate effect.</p>.<p>IndiGo said it is presently and progressively resuming operations as airports across the Middle East gradually reopen. "We continue to monitor the situation closely and are fully considering the safest available flight paths to ensure secure and seamless travel," it said on X.</p><p>Air India Express also said it is progressively resuming its operations to the Middle East from Tuesday, June 24, as airspaces in the region reopened. </p><p>"Our first flight to the region today will be on the Delhi–Muscat route, followed by services on the Mumbai–Muscat, Kozhikode–Muscat, Kozhikode–Riyadh, and Jaipur–Jeddah routes. Air India Express flights to and from key cities in the UAE — including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah — as well as other cities in the Middle East, are scheduled from tomorrow (Wednesday)," an Air India Express spokesperson said.</p>
