Mumbai Drugs Case Highlights: Special court grants bail to nine more accused

Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, walked out of the Arthur Road prison, after 22 days in the central Mumbai facility following his arrest during a drug raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. Aryan came out of the prison shortly after 11 am and was welcomed by fans with dhol and tashas outside Mannat.

Special court grants bail to nine more accused

A special court here on Saturday granted bail to alleged drug peddler Aachit Kumar and eight others who were arrested by the NCB following a raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast and seizure of drugs. - PTI.

Mumbai drugs case: NCB used same witness in 5 cases

Out of the 10 independent witnesses (panchas) — Prabhakar Sail, Kiran Gosavi, Manish Bhanushali, Aubrey Gomez, Adil Usmani, V Waigankar, Aparna Rane, Prakash Bahadur, Shoib Faiz and Muzammil Ibrahim — in the drugs-on-cruise-ship case, Usmani has been used by NCB officials in at least five cases since 2020.

Mumbai drugs bust case likely to be handed over to NIA: Report

The Mumbai drugs case, in which the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 arrested Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's 23-year-old son Aryan and allegedly seized banned drugs aboard a cruise ship, is most likely to be handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), CNN-News18 reported quoting sources.
