<p>Madras High Court judge Justice Karnan on Monday said that he was ashamed that he was born in a country where caste system still exists.<br /><br /></p>.<p> He said: “It (caste discrimination) is there. I am ashamed to have been born in India. I would like to migrate to some other country where caste system is not there”. “I am totally innocent. I was a victim of caste discrimination since I raised questioned against certain judges,” he told reporters outside the court complex.<br /><br />Alleging that the Supreme Court had transferred him without hearing his arguments, Justice Karnan said the order is against the Constitution.
