Agitated by the humiliating defeat of India at the hands of Pakistan at the Champions Trophy finals, an estate agent from Nalasopara in Palghar district, nearly 60 kms from downtown Mumbai broke his TV set.

“I am saddened, agitated, angry…this is black day for us…we had lot of expectations,” said Vijay Tiwari, the Nalasopara resident.

According to him, Team India not only lost the match but also played with the sentiments of crores of Indians and cricket fans.

“We would not have mind if you would have lost to any team….but you have lost to Pakistan…we all know what is happening in Kashmir valley…what is happening along the border,” he said.

Tiwari also said that the world no. 1 team lost to an experienced side. "Majority of them in Pakistani team are new...and they defeated us," he said.
