Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued Orange warning on December 21 for severe cold wave conditions in several parts of Odisha. “Several interior and a few coastal Odisha districts saw cold waves. Most of them recorded temp below 10 degrees Celsius,” said Umashankar Das.
