'Jalabhishek’ of Lord Shiva at Augharnath temple in UP

Aarti was performed at Augharnath Temple in Meerut on Saturday.

Devotees participated in the ‘Jalabhishek’ of Lord Shiva. A large number of people gathered to worship the deity.

The month of Sawan is considered sacred by Hindu devotees and is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

During this month, especially on Mondays, devotees, despite their ages and gender, go to the Shiva temple to worship the Lord.
