Actor Darshan discharged from hospital

Sandalwood star Darshan Thoogudeep was on Saturday discharged from a private hospital where he was being treated for injuries he sustained in a road accident during wee hours of September 24.

He has been advised complete bed rest for 10 days. He has been advised not to lift heavy weights for some more days. He has been permitted to attend film shooting based on doctors’ advise.

He was admitted after sustaining injuries in the accident that also involved Sandalwood actor Devaraj and his son Prajwal Devaraj.

The accident occurred when the SUV they were travelling in crashed into a streetlight on the Outer Ring Road in north Mysuru. All the four were hospitalized.

Devaraj and his son were discharged a day after the accident.
