<p>K Raghavendra Rao was held by the sleuths when he was taking a Rs 10,000 bribe from Raghavendra, owner of Banadeshwara Fertilisers in Saidapur at the Office of Joint Director, Department of Agriculture, at Ganj in the city.<br /><br />Rao had allegedly demanded Rs 10,000 from Raghavendra who then lodged a complaint with the Lokayukta.<br /><br />The team led by Lokayukta SP B N Neelagar and DSP C A Belamkar comprised Inspector J H Inamdar, Mahadeshwar Gowda and staff.</p>
