150 criminals, rowdies rounded up by North-East police

Police raided the houses of some criminals and rowdies and rounded up 150 of them today, a top police official said.

"We have raided the houses of some known criminals and rowdies and brought 150 of them to the police station, sought information about their network and other details and released them after warning them stringently",Deputy Commissioner of Police (North-East Division) S Ramesh said.

Security cases have been booked against a few rowdies, he added.
