<p>Bengaluru: Animal welfare activists from across the city staged a demonstration against the Supreme Court’s recent order on stray dogs in Delhi at Freedom Park on Saturday. </p>.<p>Four hundred people took part in the solidarity march taken out in support of the freedom of dogs across India. </p>.<p>Abhishek R Kundinya, founder of United for Compassion, who organised the march along with Sahana Hegde of Sahavarthin Animal Trust, said, “With this march, we pledge support for Delhi’s dogs and animals nationwide. Our mission goes beyond one event — we’re building a strong, united community that stands for our community dogs and supports each other. Together, we’re creating a compassionate network dedicated to animal welfare.” </p><p>The group members registered their protest against the decision to impound stray dogs.</p>
