<p>Bengaluru: The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) will live-stream the budget speech on YouTube at 11 am on Saturday. </p>.<p>This will be the civic body's fifth annual budget without an elected body. </p>.<p>The budget, scheduled to be presented at Town Hall, was originally planned on Thursday, but was postponed twice. </p>.<p>BBMP Special Commissioner (Finance) Harish Kumar will present the budget in the presence of BBMP Chief Commissioner Tushar Girinath and Administrator SR Umashankar. </p>.<p>Speaking to reporters on Friday, Girinath said that the BBMP would also present the action-taken report based on its 2024-25 budget. </p>.<p>"The total budget size will go up as we have received an additional allocation of Rs 4,000 crore from the state government. We will also be including the World Bank grant and other revenue streams," he said. </p>
