<p>The Lokayukta police have trapped a doctor for allegedly accepting a bribe at a government hospital, on Tuesday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Shivakumar had consulted Dr Vishwanath at the Jayanagar 4th ‘T’ Block General Hospital for treatment and was advised by the latter to undergo a surgery. When Shivakumar got admitted to the hospital, Dr Vishwanath demanded a bribe from him.<br /><br />When Shivakumar refused to pay the bribe, he was discharged from the hospital. When he approached the doctor again, he demanded bribe again. <br /><br />Shivakumar lodged a complaint with the Lokayukta police, who laid a trap to catch the doctor redhanded. Dr Vishwanath has been arrested and remanded in judicial custody.</p>
