Guidance value of immovable properties revised

The Stamps and Registration Department has proposed revising the guidance value of immovable properties across the state for the financial year 2017-18. The proposed rates would be uploaded on the department’s website http://202.138.101.165/karigr/.

The department will call for objections from public giving eight to 15 days for this. The final guidance value will be published on the department’s portal. The revised rates will come into effect from April 1, the beginning of the new financial year.
