Innovation meets creativity

Indulge in a shopping extravaganza this season as Bangallure will present an exciting one-day exhibition of unique handmade products on September 16, 11 am to 6 pm at the ground floor, Sriabhirami Apts, No 9, Basappa Road, Shantinagar.

The exhibition is designed and curated by three friends- Padmaja Bhandary, Ambika Parchure and Neela Edwards. The one-of-a-kind festival offers a traditional collection of saris, blouses, necklaces, earrings, stoles, tops and more designed to cater to the modern woman with refined tastes.

Each item, which is specially hand picked and hand crafted, has been fashioned with a lot of creativity and imagination. A melange of products, ranging from linen and ‘mandala’ rugs, ‘Kota’ saris and ethnic jewellery to cushions, drapes and dog beds, will be available at the exhibition. For the bag lovers, there is a special collection of crossbody and shoulder bags with handloom Aztec weaves in striking colours.
