<p>Bengaluru: The 17th Cross Road in Subramanya Nagar, Rajajinagar, was abuzz with activity on Monday morning after reports of a robbery at a brewery surfaced.</p>.<p>People gathered outside the Geometry Brewery and Kitchen, where an unknown man, allegedly armed with a pistol, stole Rs 50,000 in cash in the early hours.</p>.<p>When DH visited the spot, passersby and residents had begun speculating about what had happened.</p>.<p>"Apparently, the security guard saw a gun, but it was dark and very early. Nobody knows how the intruder escaped either," said a regular at a pub opposite Geometry.</p>.<p>Although some people were seen walking in and out of the establishment, they remained silent and refused to share any details.</p>.<p>Police constables stood as onlookers after senior officers, including the DCP, left for the Subramanya Nagar police station.</p>.<p>Traffic moved as usual, slightly affected by media vehicles and police jeeps parked in front of the building. A few stores opposite the brewery remained open, while some had their shutters down. Regular commuters confirmed the closures were unrelated to the incident.</p>.<p>A tender coconut vendor, Cheluvaraya, told DH, "I arrived to start my business at 6 am and noticed police officers. It looked serious. I was told there was an armed robbery around 3.30 am, but nobody knows the exact details." He continued selling tender coconuts under a tree beside the brewery.</p>.<p>Some of his customers discussed the incident, while others stopped to ask about the police presence.</p>
