All you need is a muffin pan and an oven. Trim the sheets to a managebale size and place one sheet per space in the pan. Don’t press down too firmly, just enough for it to sit in place. Bake for six to eight minutes. These crunchy cups can be filled with any filling of your choice, sweet or savoury. A mix of cream cheese and spinach is a great vegetarian option.</p>.<p><strong>Pineapple and cheese </strong></p>.<p>This may be the most classic canape combination of all and the simplest. Cubes of pineapple and cheese on a skewer. A cheddar cube is most often suggested for the pairing but your regular cubed Amul cheese works just fine. If you’re feeling fancy, add a halved cherry on top.</p>.<p><strong>Tuna on crackers</strong></p>.<p>This super easy one-bite delight can be made in 10 mintues. Grab a can of tinned tuna and shred it up, mix it with some mayo, some chopped up bell peppers, jalapenos and herbs of your choice. Place teaspoon-sized scoops of the mixture on a cracker and they’re ready to be served. Substitute the classic graham cracker, with a monaco biscuit for some extra flavour.
