<p>A 19-year-old man from Manipur has been arrested in <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/bengaluru">Bengaluru</a> for uploading "voyeuristic" videos of women on social media.</p><p>The police said that MD Dilawar Hussain, who ran the Instagram account ‘DILBAR JAANI-07’, uploaded 15 to 20 voyeuristic and sexually provocative videos of women under the title 'Bangalore Night Life', set to songs in Bengali and other languages, in a bid to gain followers.</p><p>A resident of Kothanur, Hussain would roam around posh areas like MG Road and Brigade Road, secretly filming women, the police added.</p><p>The Ashoknagar police have booked him under Section 67 of the IT Act, 2000, for publishing obscene material electronically.
