<p>Chairperson H Ravindra and the members on Saturday inspected the area and found that the major SWD near a railway overbridge was diverted. <br /><br />A five-foot-wide road on the front of the building towards Rajkumar Road was blocked and a compound wall was constructed. On the directions of the Committee, the drain was dug up. The members learnt that there are 1,250 flats and shops in the multi-storeyed apartment.<br /><br />On inquiry, the Committee members came to know that the firm did not have permission from the Palike. Ravindra said he would bring the irregularities to the notice of Mayor S K Nataraj and Palike Commissioner Siddaiah.</p>
