The Karnataka High Court and various courts in the city donned an empty look following the boycott of court proceedings by the advocates on Tuesday.

Advocates from across the state have boycotted the court proceedings to support the protest called by the Bar Council of India to press for their demands.

Hundreds of advocates took to the streets on Tuesday morning to support the peaceful protest that began from the city civil court and will reach the Raj Bhavan where the advocates will submit a memorandum to the Governor.

Strict police and security arrangements have been made along the route to prevent any untoward incident during the procession.
