The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday quashed three cases against former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy in connection with his participation in a protest during 2014 Parliamentary election in Chikkaballapur.
The election officer had filed cases against Kumaraswamy under Section 188 and 341 of IPC. Kumaraswamy had moved the high court seeking for a direction to quash the charges.
