JD(S) leader terms Ambareesh as 'useless'

Zilla Panchayat Standing Committee Chairman H S Yogesh on Wednesday, described former minister and MLA M H Ambareesh as 'useless'.

Addressing media here Yogesh, also a JD(S) member, alleged that Ambareesh has failed to resolve the drinking water crisis in Mandya Assembly constituency and it will not be wrong even if he is described as 'useless'.

'No works in dist'

Ambareesh, who has disappeared from the constituency since four and a half years,
has not taken up any development works for the constituency and the people. He has not set up even one pure drinking water unit, said Yogesh.

When the issues are brought to the notice of District in-charge Minister M Krishnappa, he says that he has not received any proposal from the MLA in this regard, Yogesh pointed out.

"We cannot question the MLA (Ambareesh) as he
does not visit the constituency. He is unfit to be an MLA. The people, who voted for Ambareesh, are upset and want a change in the upcoming elections," he added.
