<p>Kolar: For the second time in a month, the Kolar DC office received a hoax bomb threat in the morning on Tuesday.</p>.<p>As had happened previously, the threat was conveyed in the ‘Subject’ section of the e-mail that was sent to the DC’s office. Interestingly, while the text in the ‘Subject’ section claimed that an RDX-based IED had been placed at the office, the mail itself was about a fake passport ring.</p>
