<p>Mysuru: The fourth accused in the alleged MUDA site allotment scam, J Devaraju appeared for the Lokayukta police here on Friday for questioning for the second time.</p>.<p>He had sold the land to the third accused in the case - the brother-in-law of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah B M Mallikarjuna Swamy. </p>.<p>Lokayukta Police are investigating the case, based on a First Information Report (FIR) filed against Siddaramaiah and others, on September 27. </p>
