Refuting the allegation that marks in various examinations conducted by the KPSC were being sold for a sum, Gonal Bhimappa, KPSC Chairman, said that suitable action would be taken against the guilty. As the examinations are conducted online, the scope for manipulation was very little, Bhimappa stressed.

The KPSC Chairman referred to the examination for the post of second division assistant (SDA) clerks. About 400 students appeared for the examination and only the meritorious ones sailed through, he added. Bhimappa was speaking at a ceremony organised by the Karnataka Devanga Workers’ Association to distribute prizes to toppers of SSLC and PUC II examinations.
