<p>New Delhi: In an apparent snub to Karnataka Home Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/g-parameshwara">G Parameshwara</a> about his remarks on five guarantee schemes in the state, Deputy Chief Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/d-k-shivakumar">D K Shivakumar</a> on Tuesday said it was Parameshwara headed committee which prepared the <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/congress">Congress</a> manifesto ahead of the 2023 assembly polls.</p>.'We can win 60 seats we lost in 2023,' says D K Shivakumar.<p>"The Committee headed by Parameshwara prepared the manifesto. He must know the details of the guarantee. I don't know in what context he said the guarantee is a financial burden," Shivakumar said.</p><p>The Deputy Chief Minister was reacting to the Home Minister's statement that 'guarantees were financially a burden on the state government'.</p>
