<p>Former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy on Thursday challenged Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to prove that cases against him were closed, by providing documents. <br /><br /></p>.<p>He was speaking to reporters at the airport here. <br /><br />Police have said that Marigowda is a habitual offender, while Siddaramaiah is also an accused in all cases against Marigowda, he said.<br /><br />Eight MLAs suspended from JD(S) would not be brought back to the party. Discussions had begun on making senior JD(S) MLC Basavaraj Horatti the chairman of the Legislative Council and a final decision would be taken in the next session of the legislature, he said.</p>
