Then, it was confirmed that Prathap was in an inebriated state.</p>.<p>His vehicle was seized and he was produced before the court.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Police Sub-inspector H M Mariswamy, police personnel Raghu, Bopanna, Shafir and Shanmukha Nayak took part in the operation.</p>
