The injured travelers Channappa, Kadirappa, Ramu, Adinarayanappa, Suresh, Gangappa and Narasimhappa belonged to Mallenahalli and Nayanahalli of Nagaragere hobli in the taluk. The group was returning after attending a wedding ceremony organised at Goravanahalli.
Those who were seriously injured in the mishap were rushed immediately to Bangalore for treatment, informed the police.
