Students who have taken Tulu in SSLC to be feted

Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy will felicitate the students who have written Tulu language paper in 2018-19 SSLC examination.

The felicitation will be held at a programme to be held at Sri Saharsalingeshwara Mahakali Temple auditorium in Uppinangady on May 17 at 10 am, according to a press release.

The Headteachers of the schools that have achieved 100% results in Tulu subject in SSLC examination will also be honoured on the occasion.

The event will be inaugurated by Kukke Subramanya Temple Management Committee President Nitynanda Mundodi and will be presided by Sahasralingeshwara Temple Management Committee President Raghunath Rai.

DDPI Y Shivaramaiah and Sahasralingeshwara Temple CEO Harishchandra will be the chief guests.

A magic show will be performed by Jadugar Shyam, the press release stated.
