<p>Age is not a bar for devotion to the Almighty and a centenarian woman has proved it when she made it to the Sabarimala Ayyappa temple for the second time.</p><p>Wayanad native Parukuttyamma, who made her maiden visit to the hill shrine last year at the age of 100, made her second visit on Monday. She also said that she wishes to visit the temple next year too.</p><p>Hailing from Moonnanakuzhi near Sultan Bathery, Parukuttyamma was accompanied by her family members including her great-grandchildren. The temple authorities and police made special arrangements for the centenarian and also helped her climb the 18 holy steps. </p><p>Though she wished to trek from Pamba to Sannidhanam, her family members insisted on using the dolly service.</p><p>Born in 1923, it was her childhood wish to visit Sabarimala. Since it did not happen during her childhood, she decided to wait till she attained the age of 100 last year when she made her maiden visit. </p>
