<p>Thiruvananthapuram: Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko's father died in a road accident at Dharmapuri in Tamil Nadu during the wee hours of Friday.</p><p>The actor, his mother, brother and their driver were also reported to be injured. </p><p>As per reports, the accident occurred after their car rammed into the rear side of a lorry after the lorry changed track.</p>.Mithi river desilting: ED raids actor Dino Morea, BMC officials and others.<p>Shine's father C P Chacko died on the spot. Shine and others were admitted to a hospital at Pallakottai. </p><p>Shine, who was earlier acquitted in a narcotic case, was recently held after he ran away from a hotel during a police raid against drug peddling. A woman held for drug peddling had also named Shine among those in the film filed to whom she supplied drugs. </p><p>Shine was reportedly undergoing rehabilitation.
