Senior Advocate Milind Sathe becomes new Advocate General of Maharashtra

Nagpur: Senior Advocate Dr Milind Sathe will be the new Advocate General of Maharashtra.

The Maharashtra Cabinet, in its Nagpur meeting accepted the resignation of outgoing AG Dr Birendra Saraf and approved Sathe’s appointment.

Dr Milind Sathe, designated Senior Advocate in 2005, has previously represented the State, BMC, several PSUs, and served as President of the Bombay Bar Association (2014–2021).
