The changes for accommodating new stoppages have been have been included.<br /><br />Vigilance organisation and public grievance machinery have been suitably updated and incorporated in it. <br /><br /> The Railways also launched an online public grievance redressal portal, www.coms.indianrailways.com.<br /><br /> Passengers can also lodge complaints or suggestions via SMS on 9717630982.<br />In order to improve punctuality of trains, the old timings were re-visited and certain changes made in train-timings during the run and at terminals.
