<p>Hyderabad:<a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/jana-sena-party"> Jana Sena Party</a>'s Tirupati in-charge, Kiran Royal, has lodged a formal complaint with the Tirupati One Town Police Station regarding a Tamil film that allegedly offended religious sentiments. </p><p>According to the complaint, the song "Srinivasa Govinda" in the film <em>DD Next Level</em> was filmed in a manner that disrespects Lord Venkateswara.</p><p>The Jana Sena Party has called for the film to be banned, asserting that it hurts Hindu sentiments and damages the reputation of the deity. </p><p>"We insist that the offending song be removed from the film. Until these demands are met, we propose that representatives from Tamil Nadu should not be allowed to have darshan at the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple," said Kiran Royal.</p><p>The party has further accused the Tamil Nadu government of supporting attacks on Hindu sentiments by allowing the film's production with state government backing. </p><p>Kiran Royal claimed that the government is run by atheists who lack faith in God and are therefore willing to permit such controversial content.</p>
