<p>Guwahati: Bangladesh on Tuesday suspended visa and consular services at its Assistant High Commissioner's office in Agartala citing security situation, a day after the <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/tripura/deeply-regrettable-india-on-breach-of-premises-of-bangladesh-mission-in-agartala-3300275">office was attacked in protest</a> against the atrocities on the HIndus in the neighbouring country.</p><p>A notice issued by the Assistant High Commissioner's Office said the order would come into effect immediately and continue until further order. </p><p>Police in Tripura on Tuesday said seven members of Hindu Sangharsh Samiti, the organiser of the Monday's protest, were arrested and three police personnel suspended for the attack. Tripura shares an 856km border with Bangladesh. Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Bengal share the 4,096km border.</p>
