<p>Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday said that he would have no problems in ‘sacrificing’ power for the Ram Temple.</p><p>Speaking at a function in Ayodhya, Adityanath said that his three generations had been associated with the Ram Temple Movement.</p><p>"My three generations have been associated with the struggle for Shree Ram Janmabhoomi ... I have no problems in sacrificing power for Ram Temple ... we are not after power," the CM said.</p><p>He also said that when the ‘Deepotsav’ (lighting of earthen lamps) event started in Ayodhya during his stint, many people told him that it would not be proper for him to visit the temple town as he was the CM of the state.</p>.Lord Ram embodied best form of human dignity, UP CM Yogi says in Ayodhya.<p>"There was a section which told me that my visit to take part in the Deepotsav event would trigger controversy as the issue of Ram Temple would crop up during the visit .... I told them let there be controversy ... I was not after power ... I am ready to sacrifice power for Ram Temple," Adityanath said.</p><p>Adityanath also said paid obeisance at the Ram Temple and the famous Hanumangarhi temple in Ayodhya.</p><p>He later visited a start-up exhibition at the Ram Katha Park and distributed loans worth Rs 47 crore to the youths.</p><p>The seers and saints of Ayodhya hailed Adityanath’s remarks saying that the CM was essentially a ‘saint’ first.</p>
