'We are putting you on notice': Supreme Court rebukes ED for keeping accused in jail without trial

The Supreme Court on Wednesday voiced its serious concern on the Enforcement Directorate’s practice of defeating default bail to accused by filing supplementary charge sheet and continuing with the investigation, which virtually resulted into indefinite period of incarceration for the accused.
