Detox Smoothie — Beach Body
This drink does a lot more than just cleanse your body. The vitamin C helps create collagen, which is essential in maintaining tissue and cellular health. The fibre strips the blood vessels clean of excess cholesterol. The enzyme bromelain helps prevent coughs and colds.
Ingredients: Around 150 ml of water; 4 ice cubes; 3 round slices of pineapple; 1 lime; half a carrot and 1 kiwi.
Method: Wash all the fruits and vegetables. Peel and slice the kiwi, pineapple, and carrot. Put all the sliced ingredients in the blender. Add water and ice cubes. Squeeze the juice from the lime. Blend until smooth and serve.

Green Meal
This smoothie is full of the iron-rich green vegetables. It is low on carbs, making it great for maintaining weight and keeps your hair and skin healthy.
Ingredients: Around 150 ml of water; 5 slices of cucumber; half a carrot; half of an avocado; 3/4th of an apple; 3 mint leaves; 50 gm of spinach leaves; 4-5 leaves of mint and half a lime.
Method: Wash all the fruits and vegetables. Peel and slice the cucumber and carrot. Scoop the avocado and slice the apple. Add all these ingredients in a blender along with the spinach and mint leaves. Squeeze the juice from the lime and add water. Blend until smooth and serve.

Horlicks Meal
This is Horlicks in a superhero avatar. It’s loaded with fibre, helps improve blood circulation and keeps your bones strong with its calcium content.
Ingredients: Around 100 ml of milk; 1 apple; 3 tbsps of Horlicks; 110 gm of vanilla ice cream; 2 cashews; 2 almonds; a quarter cup of cornflakes and a quarter cup of muesli.
Method: Wash and slice the apple. Add all the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and serve.

Nutella Meal
The Nutella smoothie is rich in protein, iron, and calcium. This will keep you full and satisfied. The fruits and nuts provide a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients: Around 75 ml of milk; half an apple; 4 tbsps of Nutella; Half a spoon of chocolate powder; 110 gm of vanilla ice cream; 2 cashews; 2 almonds and a half cup of muesli.
Method: Wash and slice the apple. Add all the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and serve.
