AAP office in Delhi ransacked

The Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Vidhan Sabha office in Kirari was ransacked by some unidentified individuals on Friday morning.

A party volunteer, Amit Kumar (20), was bashed up by the vandals who allegedly tried to kill him by submerging his head in a bucket of water.

Kumar was admitted to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital and discharged later in the evening.

AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, who reached the Kirari office after the incident, said it was the handiwork of the people who were worried about “more and more people uniting under the party’s banner against corruption.”
