The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will help Kerala students in retrieving their Class X and XII board examination mark sheets and other documents from the 'DigiLocker'.

Many have lost these documents during the floods in 14 districts of the state recently.

Over 1,300 schools are affiliated to the CBSE in Kerala.

“In order to facilitate the students, the CBSE will re-send login-Id and password of Parinam Manjusha/DigiLocker pertaining to students of the year 2016-2018 on their mobile numbers provided with Class X/XII data,” the board said in a statement on Monday.

Students, who passed their board examinations between 2004 and 2015 and have changed their mobile numbers, can get their digitally signed academic documents by linking their Aadhar number to their account at https://digitallocker.gov.in website.

For this, they will have to provide their roll number, class and year of examination.

Students (of 2004-2015 as well as 2016-2018) who had not provided their mobile numbers can also follow the same procedure to get their documents from the DigiLocker, the board said

“Students who don't possess Aadhaar or don’t remember their roll numbers may approach to their schools directly or through their relatives to register themselves in order to get login credentials of Parinam Manjusha/DigiLocker. A link is being provided on CBSE website for the schools to register such candidates,” CBSE spokesperson Rama Sharma said.

While Parinam Manjusha is the board's own repository of academic documents of the students stored in digital form, DigiLocker is set up by the Central government for safe storage and easy retrieval of the academic and other documents. The board's Parinam Manjusha has been integrated with the DigiLocker.
