C'garh officer replaced

In an order issued on Saturday, Rajesh Kumar Toppo, special secretary (independent charge) and commissioner public Relations chief executive officer Chhattisgarh Samvad has been replaced.

Toppo has been given charge as a special secretary, state secretariat.

After a recent series of sting operation by a local channel, Toppo was reportedly dealing to bring out CDs against Congress leaders.

The Congress leaders had then lodged a complaint with the Election Commission of India.

Taking Toppo's place is Ambalgan P (IAS 2004), who is presently holding the post of special secretary (independent charge) public health engineering and additional charge of managing director, Chhattisgarh State Marketing Federation (MARKFED).

Ambalgan has been assigned Toppo's post as additional charge.
