Indian micro-blogging platform Koo's popularity surges as government endorses it, making it the poster boy for 'Atmanirbhar Bharat'. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad touted the app in Rajya Sabha on Thursday, saying "let us salute the extraordinary courage of our start-ups."
