Ex-Gujarat minister denies Bhatt's claims

Zadaphia had made these depositions before the Nanavati Commission on November last year, which was recorded on camera.

However, the document which was by far kept as classified was released to the advocates on Monday after Jan Sangharsh Manch, representing the victims demanded for the same.

On the contrary, Zadaphia claimed that the police were instructed to keep a strong vigil on the bandh and ensure that the same does not create any adverse impact. He said  th­at the state government asked the police to take strict action.
