<p class="title rtejustify">One of the two lawyers, accused of orchestrating the anti-Sterlite protests in Thoothukudi that ended in police firing killing 13 people, was arrested from the airport here on Wednesday on his arrival from New Delhi. </p>.<p class="bodytext rtejustify">The arrest of S Vanjinathan came days after the Madurai bench of the Madras High Court dismissed an advance bail petition filed by him and his colleague. Vanjinathan, a practising advocate with the Madurai bench, is a member of Makkal Athikaram, the organisation that has been blamed for the protests. </p>.<p class="bodytext rtejustify">He has been booked under 353 (criminal force to deter public servants from carrying out duty), 148 (rioting with deadly weapons) and Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act of the IPC.</p>
