CBI raids former CM Hooda's residence

The CBI on Friday morning raided the residence of former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda in Rohtak in Haryana in connection with an alleged land scam case in Gurugram’s Manesar.

The raids are currently underway.

The CBI is investigating fraud and irregularities into the land given to real estate developers in the national capital region.

Hooda, said, sources, was at his residence when the CBI team knocked the doors. The CBI is also conducting raids at various other locations in connection with the alleged scams.

Raids are underway. BJP is the incumbent party in Haryana and senior Congress leader Hooda was CM for a decade.
