Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday blamed Pakistan for using terrorism as a tool for waging proxy war against India.
Singh said that it would not be wrong to say that stability in South Asia can be ensured only if the neighbouring country and its supports rethink on their terror strategy.
Singh was speaking at a three-day conference on counter-terrorism organised by the Rajasthan government in collaboration with India Foundation and Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice here.
“The source of terror activities in India lies on other side of the border. It is very unfortunate that despite paying a heavy cost itself, Pakistan and its supporters do not understand that there is no concept like good terrorism or bad terrorism,” said Singh.
