The 10th edition of Belagavi International Kite Festival organised by MLA Abhay Patil began at Malini City along the B S Yediyurappa Marg on Saturday.
International kite fliers from the United Kingdom, Estonia, Netherlands, Lithuania, and other countries along with national fliers are participating in the festival.
