Tele-counselling number launched for children of BSF personnel

This facility will be functional from 10 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday

An exclusive toll-free tele-counselling number for children of BSF personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty was launched jointly by the apex child rights body NCPCR and BSF on Friday.

The platform Supportive Action for Holistic Approach to build Resilience among the children of Armed Police Force Personnel (SAHARA) aims at providing emotional support, psycho-social first aid and counselling for the children.

This facility will be functional from 10 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.

DG BSF Rakesh Asthana and National Commission for Protection of Child Rights Chairman Priyank Kanoongo jointly launched SAHARA toll-free number.
